Return Eligibility

  • We offer returns up to 14 days from the date of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, new or unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Customised and personalised items (including made-to-measure blinds) cannot be returned under the terms unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Please provide your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We’re here to help you with the next steps.

Refund Process

  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • If we approve the refund, the refund amount will then be returned to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receipt.
  • Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exchanges

  • We want you to be pleased with your purchase! If you need to exchange it for the same item, or any other, send us an email and send your item to us.
  • That way, your replacement item will be on its way to you immediately.
  • We are here to make the exchange straightforward and stress-free for you—that’s what we do, so don’t hesitate to communicate with us during the process if you need help. 

Damaged or Defective Products

  • However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will make it right! Feel free to let us know at any time if you have any issues with your purchase.
  • You can opt for a full refund or a replacement piece, with the latter sent at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our Top Priority, and We Will work to ensure you are pleased with your purchase.

Processing Time

  • Once we’ve received your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for the item to be checked and processed.
  • Once the inspection is finished, we will either start your refund or ship your replacement item, at your preference.
  • You will get a confirmation email when the procedure is completed.
  • Shipping times for exchanged items may also depend on where you are located and the availability of the product.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Though we try to be as flexible enough in our return policy as possible, some items can not be returned. Some products have no return for changing products.
  • These are usually items that are not eligible for return, such as final sale items, personalised products.
  • Please consider the product descriptions before buying.
